Among a few short films, Alexander has directed a spec commercial for the New York Knicks and a music video for Genie the Band. He has also worked in the documentary world, having held multiple roles on the second season of an HBO investigative documentary.

Alexander’s MFA in Filmmaking comes from the London Film School, and he has trained for stage directing at The Barrow Group.

He is currently developing his feature debut, which could be one of two projects: a long-form version of 'Top Shot'- recipient of the Panavision New Filmmaker Grant and an official selection at PROOF, St. Louis, and MSPIFF- or 'The Actor,' a new short expected to hit the festival circuit in 2025.

Alexander strives to balance raw emotion with visual precision, crafting stories that are as grounded as they are fit for the big screen.
